Here at Prophecy, we offer a service which enables people with problems or worries regarding a piercing to come into our studio and get it looked at by one of our professional body piercers. An irritated piercing is a common side effect of a fresh stud, but with the proper aftercare and advice, we assure you a smooth and easy healing process.

There are many reasons why a piercing can become irate; this includes: cheap metal used to pierce, the length of the bar (often too short) and the method that the area is pierced with (9 times out of 10 when a piercing gun is used to pierce problems occur).  Swelling, redness, puss, skin closing around the jewellery and keloids (bumps) are all massive warning sign of an irritated or infected piercing which needs attention as soon as possible. This is why we want everyone to know about our service and feel comfortable to come into the studio and let us have a look at the piercing before any (sometimes permanent) damage is done.
